Physical 3D-printed parts for the Tank Trooper Helmet designed by Galactic Armory.

Printed in 9 total parts in durable PLA in whatever color filament I have on hand – usually black, white, or gray.

• Comes in 9 separated parts:
• Main Body
• Lower Ring
• Lower Ring Face Sides x2
• Aerators x2
• Chin Detail
• Face Plate
• Visor Cutout Template

Holes are pre-cut in the Main Body and Face Plate for 10mm diameter x 3mm deep magnets (included) so the face plate can snap on/off easily

A visor cutout template saves you the hassle of sizing a hobart face shield for the visor. On the inside of the Main Body part is a visor holder ridge to keep the visor in place without the need for glue

Fits up to 24″ circumference heads by default. Custom Sizing Available Upon Request.

PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a biodegradable plastic that is very durable and long lasting. CAUTION: It is susceptible to heat and will warp if left in a hot car or direct sunlight.

This is a DIY Kit.

• DIY Kits require glue – I recommend Loctite Super Glue, liquid or gel.
